What are the delivery terms within Germany?

The wallpaper is printed and delivered to you within 5-7 business days after your order was received.

What are the delivery terms abroad?

Within European Union - EU:
Standard delivery: 7-10 business days after your order was received.
Express delivery: as soon as possible* after finished production

Outside European Union:
Standard delivery: 5-7 business days after your order was received.
Express delivery: as soon as possible* after finished production

* Express delivery times depend on the specific country.

Can I bundle different orders?

In order to save on shipping costs, we recommend to first put all desired products into the shopping cart and then proceed to order. If you send various orders separately, you will be billed for packing and shipping individually. We regret that, for technical reasons, we are not able to bundle orders afterwards.

Can I enter an alternate shipping address?

At Berlintapete, you may also send your order to an alternate shipping address, that is an address that differs from the one you entered in your user information.

During the order process, you will also be asked for the shipping address. Here, you may choose a different address, domestically or abroad.

Can I send my order abroad as well?

Berlintapete will deliver your order globally. Simply enter address and country when asked for the desired shipping address. Please note, however, that you will be billed a higher postage for deliveries abroad.

Can I get my orders directly from your store myself?

We operate our shipping online exclusively. We will deliver your shipment right to your house. You will have no trouble or lose any time to receive your order. Please do feel welcome, however, to visit our showroom in Berlin: Berlintapete, Kollwitzstr. 80, 10435 Berlin

Do shipments outside the EU have to be declared to customs?

The customers will have to pay any duty that may apply. The duty depends on the country that the shipment is sent to and may be inquired at the custom office responsible.
